Requesting an Avenue of Honor in Your Community

Thank you for expressing your desire to honor the fine young people from your community who are actively serving in the Armed Forces. With guidance and encouragement from AH HomeTown Partners, the Avenue of Honor program is administered by the local host Service Organizations (for example, The Rotary Club, Kiwanis, etc.). If your local Service Clubs have not yet adopted the program, then you are in a position to encourage them to embrace this noble endeavor and to take the lead as a Host Club by applying using the New Avenue Application Form.

Alternatively, you may add your name to a petition to request an Avenue of Honor be established in your Community. As we get enough names from your area, we will present the list to your civic leaders. To join your local petition, click the 'Next >' button below.
